Hello and a warm welcome to Parkdale Dental & Implant Clinic in Wolverhampton. My name is Helen and I’m the treatment coordinator alongside my colleague, April.

We hope to meet you soon but in the meantime we'd like to share some information with you about the services we offer at the clinic, as well as an overview of what happens next.

Here at Parkdale Dental & Implant Clinic we understand that choosing the right dentist to carry out your treatment is a big decision and the treatment options/ costs can be very confusing, but that’s why we are here. Our job is to make the process as simple and as easy to understand as possible.

    Phase 1: Enquiry/booked consultation stage

At this stage we provide you with all the information that you need to help you make the decision as to whether we are the right practice for you. This includes information about the dentist that you are booking with, practice information and contact details for you to reach us on. If you haven’t already booked your consultation with us our reception team will contact you to arrange an appointment that’s convenient for you. This can be done via phone or email, whichever is easiest for you.

    Phase 2: Consultation day

On this day you will attend the practice to meet the dentist who will be potentially carrying out your treatment. They will discuss treatment options with you and will take any necessary x-rays to ensure that these treatment options given are right for you. You will then be issued with all this information on a written document which will be posted to your home address, this will be inclusive of any fees and varying options, if applicable.

    Phase 3: Consenting to treatment

Like with any procedure, we require consent forms to be completed prior to any procedure and we will fully support you through out your treatment journey.
